The original English Rose kitchen has been repainted to reflect the period feel, and 1940’s cinema seats and a little built-in table make for a romantic meal with all the glamour of the era. A curved roof and painted oak beams frame your sturdy living space, which Kitty and Paddy have filled with little vintage trinkets, adding their own personal touch to the place.

Hercules has his own quiet patch of mixed woodland and there’s a fire pit just outside where you can either cook an evening meal or just sit back in the evening and watch the stars.

Along with the books and games inside, you’ll also find a hamper for you to pack up a picnic and go off exploring the area, maybe down to the beach for surfing, walking across Dartmoor or wandering through the local villages and visiting the markets.
